Day 1

We will organize your transfer from the airport to your hotel. You will explore the Inca and visit in particular the Inca sun temple called "Qorikancha", the ruins of Saqsayhuaman, a huge complex of Inca walls, the historic center, the cathedral and the market. Installed in your hotel in the city center, you can enjoy a beautiful night in the historic capital of Peru.

Day 2

Cusco - Maras - Moray - Cusco

Today you will go to the upper part of the sacred valley with your private transport. You will discover the pre-Inca site of Moray, which was probably an agricultural laboratory. Then you will arrive at the town of Maras which seems to have frozen in colonial times. Then you will go to the Salines de Maras where hundreds of terraces form an incredible gradient of colors. The return to Cusco is scheduled in the afternoon. Then you will have time to enjoy the city.

Day 3

Baroque Route

Today with your French-speaking guide, you will depart for the Baroque Route. You will go to the Canincunca Chapel, the Temple of Huaro and the famous Church of Andahuaylillas.

Day 4

Cusco - Aguas Calientes

For this fourth day, you have two options available: On the one hand, the visit to the sacred valley from where you will depart to visit the archaeological sites of Chincheros, Pisaq and Ollantaytambo. In this last place you can enjoy a traditional lunch of the city. At the end of the afternoon, we will organize your transfer by train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas-Calientes (the city of Machu Picchu). On the other hand, you can take the Inca Trail. You will leave in the morning to take the train that will take you to kilometer 104: the starting point of the trek that will take you to Puerta del Sol (traditional entrance to Machu Picchu). Trekking from 5 to 7 hours in the middle of Andean peaks and in tropical regions.

Day 5

Macchu Picchu

Today, you will visit the famous archaeological site of Machu Picchu, one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. After the visit, you can walk around the site for a few hours. If you wish, you can go up to Puerta del Sol, to enjoy an impressive view. Then, in the evening, you will return to Cusco.

Day 6

Vinicunca

Day 7

Cusco - next destination

The departure will be very early this morning from your hotel, between 04:00 and 04:30 to leave for the colorful Vinicunca mountain. After a 2.5 hour drive, you will stop in the small town of Cusipata, where you will have breakfast. After +/- 45 minutes of driving, you will arrive at the starting point of your trek, Phullawasipata (4626 meters). During approximately 1h30 to 2h00 of ascent, you will be able to observe impressive landscapes such as the snow-capped mountain range of Vilcanota, as well as the herding of alpacas and llamas. There are only 400 meters of unevenness but the height is felt. For the less athletic, you can, if you wish, do the hike on horseback. However, this choice is paid and must be done at the beginning of the walk (after 20 minutes of walking). When you get to the viewpoint (5020 meters), you will have an hour to admire the mountain with seven colors. Then departure for the return walk of approximately 2h30 to 3h00 that crosses the Red Valley until the return to Phullawasipata where a meal will be waiting for you. Return to Cusco scheduled around 5:00 pm
