Day 1

Puerto Williams

Guests are met on their arrival at the airport, the pier or the city hall, depending on their arrival route, then transferred to Errante Lodge, to check-in and have a welcome lunch or dinner. We will have a planning meeting with the guide and do a detailed equipment check.

Day 2

Start of the trek

After enjoy breakfast at the ecolodge, we will be driven to the Rio Róbalo water intake, where the Circuit begin, to start trekking at 9.30. First we cross the woods, climbing up to about 600 mts high, until we get to the top where waves a big Chilean flag and where we can enjoy the panoramic view of the town, the Beagle Channel and Tierra del Fuego. Then we continue following the timberline of the Róbalo valley, until we reach Laguna del Salto and set camp.

Day 3

Crossing Dientes de Navarino Cordillera

After breakfast and striking camp, we start trekking at 9.00. We continue following the path to Australia Pass, surrounding the Dientes Massif until, we can appreciate the South of the island: Lake and Bay Windhond, with the Wollaston islands behind, the northern part of Cape Horn archipelago. An intense moment where you literally see the end of the World. Then we will walk until we reach an appropriate camping place between Laguna de los Dientes and Laguna Escondida, around 19.00.

Day 4

Guerrico Valley

After breakfast and striking camp, we start trekking at 9.00. The path will lead us through a fairytale landscape, through lagoons and forests with the Dientes mountain range as a backdrop. We will continue until we reach Ventarrón pass and Guerrico pass, climbing around 700mts high, approaching the beautiful Guerrico valley. We will stop to have lunch around 13.00 and then keep going until we find a good camping spot between Laguna Martillo and Laguna Zeta around 19.00.

Day 4

Return to Puerto Williams

After breakfast and striking camp, we start trekking at 9.00. We begin the last ascent of the circuit to Virginia pass, the highest point of the trek at 844 mts high. At the top, an amazing view of the Beagle channel and Tierra del Fuego mountains will surprise us again. We will descend surrounding Laguna Guanaco and following the trail until we reach the forest again, where we will stop to have lunch around 13.00. After the break, we continue descending until we reach the MacLean fishery, an abandoned building along the side of the road, about 2 km off the ecolodge, to finally get back to the refuge around 18.00 to relax and share a farewell dinner.
